By using Topinar you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

The service

Topinar lets you create a digital wedding invitation, share it with your guests over personal or public links, and collect their attendance replies. The service is currently offered free of charge.

Your account

Signing in to Topinar is done only with your Google account; you are responsible for the security of your Google account.
The information you provide must be accurate.
You are responsible for the actions carried out through your account.

Content and responsibility

All content you enter on your invitation (names, texts, guest list) belongs to you, and the responsibility for it is yours. You accept that you have the right to share the guest information you add.

The following are prohibited:

Publishing content that is unlawful, misleading or insulting, or that infringes the rights of others
Using the service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system, to other people's data or to the infrastructure
Sending automated requests that would disrupt the normal operation of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms without prior notice.

Availability

We make every effort to provide the service without interruption, but we give no guarantee of continuous availability. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss, an invitation link that cannot be reached, or replies that do not reach the guests. We recommend that you also keep a separate backup of your important wedding information.

Termination of the account

You can close your account whenever you wish. When the account is closed, your wedding, guest and reply records are deleted.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the update is stated at the top.
